By using BastosConvert you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Service description
BastosConvert provides free online file-conversion tools for PDF, image, audio, and video formats. The service is offered as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Acceptable use
You agree not to upload illegal content, DRM-protected media you do not own the rights to, malware, or any material that violates third-party rights. You agree not to spam the service, not to attempt to bypass the 10 conversions per day free limit, and not to use the service for any abusive or automated scraping behaviour.
Rate limits
The free tier is capped at 10 conversions per IP address per day. This limit may be raised or removed for paid tiers in the future. Abusive traffic may be blocked at the edge without notice.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to the files you upload. By submitting a file you grant BastosConvert a temporary, non-exclusive license strictly limited to processing the file and returning the converted output to you. No other rights are granted.
Liability disclaimer
BastosConvert is a best-effort service. There is no service-level agreement, no guarantee of uptime, and no liability for lost files, corrupted output, missed deadlines, or any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Always keep a copy of your original files.
Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. The last update date is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from use of the service falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
